KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Dr. Marvin Washington

Leading in a VUCA World

The world is experiencing a different type of change and transformation. The current way to make sense of the current type of change is through the lens of VUCA. In a VUCA environment, strategies that worked for normal change might be ineffective at best and actually disruptive at worst. During my session, I will describe the differences between normal environmental change and VUCA environments. Then I will provide some tools and techniques that leaders need to incorporate into their change management toolkit in order to help them and their organization succeed.
