The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) is Alberta’s physician regulator and is responsible for overseeing the practice of medicine in Alberta. Alberta’s Health Professions Act (HPA) grants the privilege of profession-led regulation, which is carried out by CPSA.
We wish to thank CPSA for hosting this year’s FMRAC Annual Forum!

The G7 Summit is planned for June 15-17, 2025. We are aware that this might create a few disruptions for participants wishing to extend their stay in the Calgary area. For the most part, participants should be able to enjoy urban Calgary and attractions with minimal impact. There will be a designated protest site located by Stampede Park (Pixel Park) that you may wish to plan around.
Please factor in some additional travel time around the end of the Annual Forum and ensure to plan more time traveling through the airport just in case.
Highway 1 to Banff will be completely open, but heavily patrolled. There will be limited access to Kananaskis during that time (June 15-17).
If you are looking for a taste of mountain beauty while in the area, it is suggested to explore south towards Waterton Glacier International Peace Park.
